Creative Concepts Construction has been renovating homes since it's creation in 1992 by founder Dennis Lougee, later joined by his son Brad Lougee in 2002. The company started as a small family business completing interior and exterior home renovation projects and has expanded over the years to include insurance claim representation and disaster restoration. We are licensed, insured, and certified in disaster restoration specialties such as water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation.
